Pastor Joe has been directed by God to sometimes use a Hand Towel when he preaches and under the anointing he will call someone out of the audience, tell them about a situation, disease, or sickness they are going through, give them this "Holy Hand Towel" and they come back later or contact Joe with testimonies of Healing and Deliverance.

Pastor Joe,
It was a pleasure seeing you at Rev. Jenkins Crusade this Past Sunday. It has been awhile since you called me out at Bro. Bob's Church but I am sending you this email to share with you what has transpired in my life since that night.  As you know I was suffering from a severe series of  "female problems" until that night when you gave me the anointed hand towel. I placed it between my mattress and box springs and every since that night I've been waking up blessed and to this day I am completely healed and everyone I met at the crusade told me I look younger and happier than I have in years!
I believe that when men are called of God according to his will and are instructed by the Holy Spirit, as you are, that's when miracles and manifestations of God's Great Gifts are poured out into people's lives like the night I received my healing when I was given the anointed Hand Towel by you.
